Event ID: 13032 Source: WindowsServerUpdateServices

Many client computers have not reported back to the server in the last 30 days. <value> have been detected so far.
In our environment, we are running WSUS 3.0 SP1. I noticed this error occurring a few times a day in the event logs accompanied by the fact that workstations were not updating through WSUS. I was unable to reinstall or uninstall WSUS 3.0 SP1 (both actions failed). Using Microsoft’s Windows Installer CleanUp utility ME2438651, I resolved this problem. I tried reinstalling WSUS and using the existing database; I did not get an immediate failure but it failed near the end of the installation. I tried reinstalling again and indicated that WSUS should create a new database. That was the ticket and I automatically proceeded to the configuration utility.
