The EventId.Net for Splunk Add-on assumes that Splunk is collecting information from Windows servers and workstation via the Splunk Universal Forwarder.
A client asked for the hierarchy table using the Locale ID <locale code page> which is not installed on this server. Returned the default client hierarchy table instead.
