The File Replication Service is stopping on computer <computer> because there is no free space on the volume containing c:\windows\ntfrs.

The available space on the volume can be found by typing "dir c:\windows\ntfrs".

Once free space is made available on the volume containing c:\windows\ntfrs the File Replication Service can be restarted immediately by typing "net start ntfrs". Otherwise the File Replication Service will restart automatically at a later time.
