Build a great reporting interface using Splunk, one of the leaders in the Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) field, linking the collected Windows events to www.eventid.net. The EventId.Net for Splunk Add-on assumes that Splunk is collecting information from Windows servers and workstation via the Splunk Universal Forwarder.
The File Replication Service has detected that the volume holding the FRS debug logs is running out of disk space. This will not affect replication unless this volume hosts database, staging, or replica root paths as well.
Path to the logs directory = C:\WINNT\debug

What is the role of File Replication Service?
ME221112 the FRS debug logs and the registry settings that control them.
For this event "running out of disk space" refers to a certain percentage of the total disk space. So if a disk is quite large, one may get this error even if the available free space seems sufficient.
What this event translates to is that the partition holding the FRS Debug Logs (usually C:) is low on disk space.
