Build a great reporting interface using Splunk, one of the leaders in the Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) field, linking the collected Windows events to www.eventid.net. The EventId.Net for Splunk Add-on assumes that Splunk is collecting information from Windows servers and workstation via the Splunk Universal Forwarder.
The MTA was unable to route the recipient DN ... the X.400 address ... the message MTSID... Check the routing table for a possible incorrect routing configuration.

As per Microsoft: "In Exchange 2000, the MTA uses the Routing Engine service to route messages. Try to stop and restart the routing engine, checking the event logs for errors. It may be necessary to use Winroute to view the routing tables". See MSEX2K3DB for more details on this issue.
