Any Compaq ProLiant or Prosignia server running Microsoft Windows NT Server 4.0 and configured with a Compaq StorageWorks 20/40-GB DAT Autoloader may encounter Event ID 15 errors when multiple requests are directed at the 20/40-GB DAT Autoloader. Event ID 15 errors are most often encountered during boot, when the Compaq Survey Utility for Windows, Compaq Server Agents for Windows, and the tape backup software such as ArcServe are all polling the bus and querying the tape autoloader simultaneously. However, Event ID 15 errors could potentially occur at other times. The Event ID 15 is an informational message that does not affect the tape operations.
