More than likely this is related to the Zip drive. NT4 looks at scsi devices as though they are IDE devices. Take a look under SCSI Adapters in your control panel and you will see your CDROM listed (assuming its a SCSI and truly not SCSI). You probably will also see something related to the Zip drive in this same dialog box. Remove it and your errors should go away.
