This event is recorded when the SSL binding is added to a website in IIS Administrator tool. It is a normal operation and it is recorded for security purposes, in order to track critical changes to websites.
According to T727876, these warnings can be safely ignored as this is a normal condition.

Or, eliminate the warnings via a DisableLoopbackCheck registry entry:

1: Open the registry editor by typing regedit under Run.
2: Navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Lsa
3: Right-click Lsa    and click New. Choose to create a DWORD Value.
4: Enter DisableLoopbackCheck as the name of the entry, then double-click to modify it.
5: Set the Value to 1 and click OK
