Build a great reporting interface using Splunk, one of the leaders in the Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) field, linking the collected Windows events to www.eventid.net. The EventId.Net for Splunk Add-on assumes that Splunk is collecting information from Windows servers and workstation via the Splunk Universal Forwarder.

As per Microsoft: "The server might be out of memory. Or, even though it is unlikely, the AppleTalk network might have too many computers on it. If this is the case, all the node addresses are in use by other computers". See MSW2KDB for additional information about this event.
From a newsgroup post: "I solved all my problems by creating a zone called TempZone. My server then appeared in the Chooser and the NT error messages were resolved. Then I went back and removed TempZone."
