Build a great reporting interface using Splunk, one of the leaders in the Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) field, linking the collected Windows events to www.eventid.net. The EventId.Net for Splunk Add-on assumes that Splunk is collecting information from Windows servers and workstation via the Splunk Universal Forwarder.
MSExchangeDX ((276)) Database '<database>': The secondary index '<index>' of table '<table>' is corrupt. Please defragment the database to rebuild the index.

When the service pack level for Windows NT changes, Exchange Server rebuilds its database indexes as a precaution against incompatibilities with the service pack. This reindexing occurs whether the service pack level is changed upward or downward. In most cases, the index rebuild is virtually transparent and goes unnoticed. But if the computer name has also been changed along with the service pack level, this event is logged. See ME224977 to solve this problem.
As per Microsoft: "After you apply Windows NT version 4.0 Service Pack 4, you need to rebuild the indexes of the DXA database to start the DXA, because the UNICODE sort order is changed in Windows NT version 4.0 Service Pack 4. After you upgrade the Windows NT version, the DXA doesn't rebuild the indexes of the DXA database automatically when you start the DXA". See ME224991 for more details.
