Description
Old reports in the QoE Monitoring Server database could not be purged.
Server: "<computer name>" Database: "<database name>" Error: "<error number>"
Cause: A database failure was encountered while attempting to purge the database of old records.
Resolution: Check the SQL error number for the cause of the failure.
Comments

This problem occurs because daily automatic removal of old call quality reports from the Office Communications Server 2007 QoE Monitoring Server database is unsuccessful. Therefore, old call quality reports continue to accumulate longer than the retention time period that is configured in the QoE Monitoring Server Microsoft Management Console (MMC). See ME947410 for a hotfix applicable to Microsoft Office Communications Server 2007.
