Event ID: 2 Source: TCPMon

The description for Event ID ( 2 ) in Source ( TCPMon ) cannot be found. The local computer may not have the necessary registry information or message DLL files to display messages from a remote computer. You may be able to use the /AUXSOURCE= flag to retrieve this description see Help and Support for details. The following information is part of the event: IP_192.168.1.251.
I think this resulted from performance graphs created on laptop using perfmon.msc which reference data on the remote machine, these messages are seen when laptop is offsite and 192.168.1.x network is not available. Occurs at login even though graphs have not been opened or perfmon.msc run. The default perfom.msc has 3 local counters being graphed and does not show any remote counter.
