- Error: "The specified module could not be found" - Article ME825501 describes how to remove the original release of the ME823803 security patch which caused this issue.
Error: "A dynamic link library (DLL) initialization routine failed" - See ME168683.
Error: "C:\WINNT\System32\rastls.dll is not a valid Win32 application" - no info.
Error: "The specified module could not be found" - This appears to be the work of a hotfix. "MS03-029: A Flaw in a Windows Function Might Allow a Denial of Service" (ME823803). Uninstalling this hotfix solved my problems.
