Build a great reporting interface using Splunk, one of the leaders in the Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) field, linking the collected Windows events to www.eventid.net. The most likely cause of this event's appearance is that the RRAS server's authentication and encryption settings are set to require Microsoft encrypted authentication, yet you are using RADIUS. See "JSI Tip 1463" to solve the problem.
See ME172290 for additional information about this event.
As per Microsoft: "Your RRAS server has been configured for 128-bit RAS Encryption, however Ndiswan.sys has been replaced with the 40-bit version of the file". See ME174474, ME177670, and ME888201 for more details.
See ME220954 and ME227747 for more information about this problem.
