Unable to initialize the administration queue.
From a newsgroup post: "Events 2020 and 2052 most probably mean a corruption of the MSMQ\storage\LQS directory. This directory contains the definitions of all private queues and system queues. When MSMQ boots it initializes its internal system queues. If the definition files are corrupted then MSMQ cannot boot. Assuming the problem was the corruption of the LQS files associated with these queues then you can recover by restoring the LQS directory. Note that the supported way to accomplish this is to use the backup/restore tool". See the link to "Backing up and restoring messages" for information on backing and restoring messages.
