Build a great reporting interface using Splunk, one of the leaders in the Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) field, linking the collected Windows events to www.eventid.net. The EventId.Net for Splunk Add-on assumes that Splunk is collecting information from Windows servers and workstation via the Splunk Universal Forwarder.
The service was unable to add the counter \\<server_name>\<counter_name>
to the <log name> log or alert. The service will continue, but data for that counter will not be collected.

Counter SSIS Pipeline\BLOB bytes read - As per ME967316, this problem occurs because SSIS pipeline counters are created in the session that Dtexec.exe first runs. See the article for the hotfix information.
By default, the Performance Logs and Alerts service is started under the local computer's System account. Normally, the System account only has permission to access services and resources on the local computer, not logs on network computers. See ME240389 and ME839506 to fix this problem.
