Build a great reporting interface using Splunk, one of the leaders in the Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) field, linking the collected Windows events to www.eventid.net. The EventId.Net for Splunk Add-on assumes that Splunk is collecting information from Windows servers and workstation via the Splunk Universal Forwarder.

What is the role of the Microsoft Exchange Information Store service?
As per Microsoft: "This problem occurs when you try to access a user account that was previously accessed by a client computer that is running Outlook 2003". See ME818709 for a hotfix.
As per Microsoft: "This issue is caused by the Information Store service in Exchange Server 5.5 Service Pack 3. PR_RESPONSIBILITY, as described in the error message event in the "Symptoms" section of this article, is a property of the recipient and is set to True by default. After the e-mail message is sent by each provider, the PR_RESPONSIBILITY property of the recipients who have been transmitted is set to False by each transport provider. The Event ID 2078 error message indicates that all PR_RESPONSIBILITY properties of recipients are set to False, so no recipient exists to send a message." See ME178378 and ME259881 for more details. MS Exchange 5.5. SP4 is supposed to fix this problem.
