Build a great reporting interface using Splunk, one of the leaders in the Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) field, linking the collected Windows events to www.eventid.net. The EventId.Net for Splunk Add-on assumes that Splunk is collecting information from Windows servers and workstation via the Splunk Universal Forwarder.
The Microsoft Exchange Replication Service was unable to create a network share named <path to storage group> for <ExchangeServer\Storage Group Name>. Please verify that a network share with this name does not already exist.
|English: Request a translation of the event description in plain English.|
As per Microsoft: "This Error event indicates that the Microsoft® Exchange Replication (MSExchangeRepl) service cannot create a network share with the specified name because a network share with the specified name already exists. Therefore, the Microsoft Exchange Replication service will point to the directory that is associated with the already existing share instead of the directory that is required to replicate the specified storage group. The Microsoft Exchange Replication service does not have permissions to delete the existing share and create a new one". See the link to MSEX2K3DB for additional information.
