As per Microsoft: "The Microsoft Exchange Server MTA rejects the message whenever the global domain identifier on the first element of the trace information is different from the one specified in the MTSID". See ME159566 for more details.
This problem seems to be caused by a server being rebuilt in the exchange organization without it being removed first from the organization using Exchange Administrator in RAW mode.
