Event ID: 219 Source: Kernel-PnP

The driver \Driver\tunnel failed to load for the device ROOT\*ISATAP\0000
Error found on Asus Motherboards. Setting Windows Driver Foundation - User-Mode Driver Framework' from 'Manual' to 'Automatic' rises other warnings and errors upon reboot that are maybe solved updating drivers.
The driver's name is AMDA00.
I got the error 219 "The driver \Driver\WUDFRd failed to load for the device SWD\WPDBUSENUM\{e21c02d7-760e-11e3-be76-806e6f6e6963}#000000000003F000." and fixed it with the following steps in Windows 8.1:
- Execute services.msc
- Change the 'Windows Driver Foundation - User-Mode Driver Framework' from 'Manual' to 'Automatic'.
- Confirm and Reboot.
This event produces randomly when system boot up. And drivers "failed to load" are also randomly. Sometimes the display resolution is incorrect (video driver failed). Sometime mouse did not work (mouse driver). Reboot is a workaround to the problem. Next boot up is always fine.
According to ME974720, this event is logged because of the timing of components that are being loaded during the installation. It can be ignored.
