Build a great reporting interface using Splunk, one of the leaders in the Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) field, linking the collected Windows events to www.eventid.net. From a newsgroups post (pre-SP2): "There is a fix from Microsoft that addresses it, you have to call them to get it. I got if from them, loaded it and it didnít fix the problem. I took the suggestion to stop and disable the Licensing Service, I did this on all my servers, and everything has been running great for about a month so far."
