Build a great reporting interface using Splunk, one of the leaders in the Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) field, linking the collected Windows events to www.eventid.net. The EventId.Net for Splunk Add-on assumes that Splunk is collecting information from Windows servers and workstation via the Splunk Universal Forwarder.

ISA Server was unable to decompress a response body from http://www.website.com because the following error occurred: 0x8007000d. This error may occur when the available memory is insufficient the response is corrupted due to a network problem or the server returns an illegal response.
|English: Request a translation of the event description in plain English.|
From a support forum: "These event log entries are caused by servers returning content compressed by mechanisms not advertized nor supported by ISA. The problem is primarily caused by the web servers reacting in a ways they should not. As far as I know there is no way to avoid these event log entries, other then by disabling the compression filter."
