Event ID: 24 Source: CovastEDIAccelerator2004-Subsystem

The EDI subsystem could not create a socket listener the EDI subsystem was unable to get service information.
Service=[CovServer] Protocol=[tcp]
System message: (11004) The requested name is valid but no data of the requested type was found.
This event will occur if there is no enabled receive location on the Biztalk box. I had our partner's receive location accidentally disabled and it triggered this error. By re-enabling it, the document went through.
I found a missing entry (shown below) in the services file (Windows\System32\Drivers\etc\services):
