According to TH361403, this event indicates that you have to renew a certificate for Microsoft Exchange Server.
A support forum posts suggests the installation of a Trusted Certificate Wizard, as described in T546059.
TA997569 provides information on how to remove an expired exchange certificate using the Remove-ExchangeCertificate command.
