Build a great reporting interface using Splunk, one of the leaders in the Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) field, linking the collected Windows events to www.eventid.net. The EventId.Net for Splunk Add-on assumes that Splunk is collecting information from Windows servers and workstation via the Splunk Universal Forwarder.

The NT Application Event Log appears to have "wrapped" while the NT Application Event Provider was not active. This error occurs when the provider is inactive for a period of time during which more events are logged than the event log can contain. In some cases, the Windows NT event log provider may "replay" old data. As a result, you may receive alerts on issues that occurred weeks or months earlier.
