Build a great reporting interface using Splunk, one of the leaders in the Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) field, linking the collected Windows events to www.eventid.net. The EventId.Net for Splunk Add-on assumes that Splunk is collecting information from Windows servers and workstation via the Splunk Universal Forwarder.

Outlook cannot start in Windows Server 2003 SP1 in a remote site but works ok in the main site. The sites are connected with ISA 2004 with no protocol restrictions. The fix is to download and apply hotfix ME897716 on the ISA 2004 Server.
This may indicate network connectivity problems (slow network, bad cable, faulty routers) or a slow Exchange server.
