Build a great reporting interface using Splunk, one of the leaders in the Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) field, linking the collected Windows events to www.eventid.net. The EventId.Net for Splunk Add-on assumes that Splunk is collecting information from Windows servers and workstation via the Splunk Universal Forwarder.

Logged by the Dell Baseboard Agent service when a temperature sensor detects a very high or very low temperature, or when there is a physical sensor failure. Usually follows event ID 300 which is the temperature sensor warning. This can indicate a heat source inside the server, such as a smoked component, or high ambient temperature in the server environment. The temperature thresholds are set using the Dell management software.
