This is an error generated by Interwoven's WorkSite DMS Service. This error appears when the server can not contact the File Server configured for the DMS Service. This problem can arise for many reasons. To determine the server it is trying to connect to, check the docservers (typically owned by the mhgroup SQL User) in the database your DMS Server is connected to. This will return the path (typically UNC) that the server is trying to connect to. Use standard troubleshooting techniques from here to verify that the DMS Server can connect to that server.
