From a blog: "A lot of customers saw this error in RC2. We have this fixed in the recent IDS build of the server. If you don't yet have the IDS build, then you can make the reporting data reader account a MOM Admin (or some other security group with admin permission to the database) as a workaround until you get the IDS build".
