To find out the server which corresponds to the GUID, run the following sql query on OpManager SQL DB:
SELECT * FROM MTV_HealthService WHERE BaseManagedEntityId = "<GUID>"
In my case, it was RMS itself and this means that my Security Key got corrupted. You need to restore this backup key (preferred) or try to regenerate it. See the link to "TechNet Blog" for details.
