Event ID: 3 Source: IISLOG

IIS Logging was unable to create the file C:\WINNT\System32\LogFiles\W3SVC1\ex010320.log. The data is the error.
- Error: "The System Cannot Find the File Specified" - The simplified way to fix the problem is to grant read and write access to authenticated users on the computers Container in the security tab.
This error occurs if you restrict the permissions on the folder that contains the log files. See ME320675 for more information.
This log is generated when IIS cannot create log files (for example, when there is not enough space on the disk).

This event can also occur when IIS attempts to flush its log cache using the credentials of a user who does not have write access to the log file location.
