Build a great reporting interface using Splunk, one of the leaders in the Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) field, linking the collected Windows events to www.eventid.net. The EventId.Net for Splunk Add-on assumes that Splunk is collecting information from Windows servers and workstation via the Splunk Universal Forwarder.
IIS Logging was unable to create the file C:\WINNT\System32\LogFiles\W3SVC1\ex010320.log. The data is the error.

This error occurs if you restrict the permissions on the folder that contains the log files. See ME320675 for more information.
This log is generated when IIS cannot create log files (for example, when there is not enough space on the disk).
This event can also occur when IIS attempts to flush its log cache using the credentials of a user who does not have write access to the log file location.
