According to CA support center, installing the NT-ETRUST INOCULATEIT 6.0 CUMULATIVE FIX 0405 will solve this problem. This fix worked for me with the 6.0.312 version of InoculateIT. See the link to “Computer Associates NT-ETRUST INOCULATEIT 6.0 CUMULATIVE FIX 0405” for the fix.
