Build a great reporting interface using Splunk, one of the leaders in the Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) field, linking the collected Windows events to www.eventid.net. According to Citrix: "There is a problem with the Citrix XML Service, specific details of which are given at the end of the error message. Check that the server farm is running XenDesktop or Presentation Server 4.5 or later. Citrix recommends that all servers in a farm run the same product and version. For more information, see the log files on the Citrix server."
