If you installed Microsoft .NET v4.0 on the XenApp Servers see CTX125635.
According to CTX124886, XenApp 6.0 introduces the concept of Worker Groups, which allows you to publish applications to a group of servers as an alternative to publishing to individual servers. When an application is published to a Worker Group, it appears in the userís application set.
This issue is caused by publishing an application to a Worker Group that contains no farm servers.
The error which occurs on the Web Interface server, (Event ID 30107), has also been observed in servers that do not publish applications to a worker group. See the article for the suggested resolution.
