Build a great reporting interface using Splunk, one of the leaders in the Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) field, linking the collected Windows events to www.eventid.net. This indicates that the IMC found a file in one of the inbound/outbound queues (a message awaiting inbound or outbound delivery) that was not found in the "queue.dat" file (the "queue index" file). This may indicate a corrupt or erroneous "queue.dat" file. Stop the IMS, delete "queue.dat", and restart the IMS to recreate "queue.dat".
