Build a great reporting interface using Splunk, one of the leaders in the Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) field, linking the collected Windows events to www.eventid.net. As per Microsoft: "After you create a new administrative group on a server that is running Microsoft Exchange Server 2003, the Free/Busy system folder cannot replicate between Exchange servers. This problem occurs if the ExchangeLegacyDN property of the new administrative group already exists on the Exchange server". See ME924701 for a hotfix applicable to Microsoft Exchange Server 2003.
