Open the properties of the specified public folder, click "replication", delete the public folder store, click "apply" and add the public folder store again.
After that, the events were gone (Exchange 2007 SP1 CCR).
- Error code: 1129 - In our case one Outlook user was referring to the calendar of a deleted user. (Outlook -> Calendar -> other calendars). The free busy times of users are stored in public folders. By removing the user, this public folder was also deleted and caused Exchange to report this error. Outlook would freeze occasionally for about 1 minute, possibly searching for free busy times of the removed user.
In our case, the folder in the description pointed to a specific Public Folder which would not replicate. We had added a 2nd Exchange server, but forgot to add the new server in the "Replication" tab of the properties dialog box on the Public Folder indicated on the error. The error was occurring every 5 minutes on event viewer. Once this was done the error stopped.
- Error code: 1129 - See ME936000
for a hotfix applicable to Microsoft Exchange Server 2003.
As per Microsoft: "The error code included in the event message indicates the cause of the event. For example, Error 1129 means "ecNoReplicaAvailable" indicates that there was no replica available for the folder on the local public folder store". See MSEX2K3DB
