Follows these steps:
1. Stop the rightfax email gateway
2. Go to the rightfax\database folder
3. Run dbpurge.exe
4. Purge the workrequests for genmailrte and genmailmsg
5. Restart the email gateway
If you continue to see the error verify the rightfax\gateway\gateway.temp folder is empty
