It my case, it appeared that the data drive (physically separated from system drive) was physically damaged, as even during POST the drive gave errors.
This event comes with the Event ID 29, source dmio, type Information "dmio: Harddisk1 read error at block 1847543: status 0xc000000e". Mountpoint D: was a RAID-Level 5 with an IBM ServeRAID-Controler.
In the disk management from windows the disk has the status "Healthy (At risk)". Looks like an error at the disk, but the RAID-Controler says that the disks are fine. So I think it was a hardware error at the controller.
