Use DSMAINT command : dsmaint config /user:username /pwd:password /dsn:dsnfilename

See CTX105292 (Section ODBC) - it worked for me on XenApp 6.0

Also see CTX128971.
In my case LHC was corrupt. dsmaint recreatelhc from command line did the trick.
In my case, I ran Services.msc, restarted the IMA (Independent Management Architeture) service and it worked.
From a newsgroup post: "The Network card in the server was running really slow. The settings on the card were fine. It was only noticed when checking the "Local area connection speed" when hovering over the icon in the quick launch tray. We replaced the cable and I haven't had the problem since".
