From a newsgroup post: "In our case it turned out these particular errors were due to the agents/supervisors all did a DHCP /renew mid-day (new DHCP server) and didnt restart CAD . I think
the service just got confused which IP addresses were where.. as soon as I had them restart it all fixed itself and the errors stopped. The errors and problems all corresponded exactly with when the network group had them refresh their DHCP leases."
