Event ID: 4 Source: ehRecvr

The description for Event ID 4 from source ehRecvr cannot be found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation is corrupted. You can install or repair the component on the local computer.

If the event originated on another computer, the display information had to be saved with the event.

The following information was included with the event:

Bluebird, WDM TvTuner

the message resource is present but the message is not found in the string/message table.
I'm nearly positive this event relates directly to my attepted use of a USB analog to digital dongle manufactured/marketed in 2006 by KWorld PVR/TVR dongle ("DVD Maker USB2.0") which is supported by the device's accompanying PVR Plus/TVPlus v2.0.0.6 software  by Honest Technology. Most likely the event error a result of my attempts and/or use of the dongle (which is desiged for earlier Windows OS's, eg, XP SP1, etc.) and I'm uncertain if I was using that software's recommended original accompanying USB2800 driver, or the as I understand, the supposedly Vista compatable USB2820 driver.
