Build a great reporting interface using Splunk, one of the leaders in the Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) field, linking the collected Windows events to www.eventid.net. The EventId.Net for Splunk Add-on assumes that Splunk is collecting information from Windows servers and workstation via the Splunk Universal Forwarder.
Exception in Passthrough thread.

From a newsgroup post: "I think the problem is that the iLO thread starts before the terminal server service starts. Make the iLO service dependent on the TS service". See "HP Forum - iLO Passthrough Service after Windows Server 2003 Service Pack 1" for the original post.
From a newsgroup post: "I received a "fix" from HP, as they were able to duplicate the problem. Here are the steps:
1. Disable the ILO Passthrough service hplopts in Services.
2. Power off the server.
3. Log into the ILO from a workstation.
4. Set the ILO Passthrough Configuration to either Enabled or Automatic under the Administration/Global Settings screen. If the ILO was already set to Enabled or Automatic, first set it to Disabled and apply the setting to force a reset of the card. 5. Power up the server, set the ILO Passthrough service to Automatic and then start it". See the link to "HP Forum - iLO Passthrough Service Exception" for the original thread.
