|Concepts to understand:|
What is the role of a DNS server?
What is LDAP?
Also you can try to change the zone from Integrated to Primary and then change it back. In my case, this solved the problem.
Data code: 2a 23 00 00 = "DNS server failure." - When a Windows 2000-based Active Directory-integrated DNS server that hosts a global catalog boots, the registration of specific SRV records may not succeed.
The service startup order prevents certain SRV records from being registered because those services start before DNS is ready to receive registrations on a global catalog server.
Data code: 20 00 00 00 = "The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process."
A permissions issue might cause the problem. See MSW2KDB for information about this event.
