Build a great reporting interface using Splunk, one of the leaders in the Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) field, linking the collected Windows events to www.eventid.net. The EventId.Net for Splunk Add-on assumes that Splunk is collecting information from Windows servers and workstation via the Splunk Universal Forwarder.
The following GroupWise users have not granted sufficient access rights to the migration account.

As per Microsoft: "The account being used to perform the migration does not have access to parse the migrated private mail messages on the Windows NT Server computer". See ME196838 for more details.
As per MSEX2K3DB, before migrating Novell GroupWise mailboxes to Exchange, each GroupWise user must grant proxy access to the Novell GroupWise account used to perform migration.
The error occurs when you run the Microsoft Exchange Server Migration wizard to migrate users from a Novell GroupWise 5.5 post office. According to Microsoft the solution is as follows:
"For each GroupWise post office involved with migration, select a GroupWise account local to that post office." See ME238285.
