Build a great reporting interface using Splunk, one of the leaders in the Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) field, linking the collected Windows events to www.eventid.net. From a newsgroup post: "This message cannot be disabled. As for supporting feeds - as the 407 report says, the -1 and -2 feeds correspond to articles posted either via NNTP (i.e. by your users), or posted by being placed in the "drop" folder."
Some other posts suggests that this message can be eliminated by stopping and setting to "Manual" start the NNTP service in Exchange 2000. While this service is required by Exchange 2000, in 99% of the cases it is not used.
