Event ID: 4094 Source: MSExchangeIMC

The error 0x8004011d occurred while trying to refresh network connections to the Information Store. The Internet Mail Service is being shut down.
According to Microsoft the number of threads available to the IMC or IMS from the Information Store (IS) may be too low. See ME169686. Exchange Server 5.5 Post-Service Pack 4 Information Store fixes can also help. See ME282533.

From a newsgroup post: "Innoculate anti virus might be the cause of all this. Either disable it completely or exclude from scanning \exchsrvr\*.* on all drives."

From another newsgroup post: "It is possible for Exchange to hang and shut down the information store and internet mail service because of a malformed email message. Language translations could also cause this problem (i.e. for users in Japan, Korea, and China who resides on exchange server in the English language countries). Installing the language support packs could solve the issue."
