As per IBM: "If both TSM server and TSM scheduler are installed on same windows2003 box and the starting mode of windows service for tsm server and tsm scheduler are set as automatic, when the machine is rebooted tsm scheduler starts up before tsm server starts and hence cannot connect to tsm server". Read IBM Support Reference #: 1177768 for more information on this issue.
This error is produced when TSM is installed and configured on a Windows server, but the TSM Node for that particular server has not been configured or created on the TSM Host Server. To resolve this error, configure a TSM Node with password on the TSM Host Server and reconfigure the TSM Installation on the server reporting the errors. Make sure the passwords are in sync.
