Event ID: 4102 Source: DFSR

The DFS Replication service initialized the replicated folder at local path <drive letter path> and is waiting to perform initial replication. The replicated folder will remain in this state until it has received replicated data directly or indirectly from the designated primary member.

This is a new Event ID for Windows Server 2003 R2 SP1 found in a new DFS Replication log. Dfs Manager has been used to configure replication of the folder. Wait for replication to occur. If it does not, then examine other related Event IDs.
