Build a great reporting interface using Splunk, one of the leaders in the Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) field, linking the collected Windows events to www.eventid.net. The EventId.Net for Splunk Add-on assumes that Splunk is collecting information from Windows servers and workstation via the Splunk Universal Forwarder.
Reached crypt32 threshold of 50 events and will suspend logging for 60 minutes.

The error "Reached crypt32 threshold of 50 events and will suspend logging for 60 minutes" is kind of misleading. You have to update Java in order for the program that is failing to run. If java is not installed properly it tries to go to the Microsoft website and since it cannot find the update there it goes into a loop.
This event indicates that crypt32 has recorded several events and it will stop doing so in order to avoid flooding the logs with the same problem. The administrator should check for other events, more relevant to the actual problem that crypt32 is experiencing. This is just saying that there is no point in recording more events until those already recorded are taken care of.
